QS5 X

With the QS5 X we are reinventing the folding wheelchair - featuring a cross-brace geometry developed by us that reduces the force required for folding and unfolding by up to 40%. Once folded, the QS5 X is held securely in its narrowest position by the automatic folding lock. This makes loading the QS5 X easier than ever before! With a weight starting from 9.9 kg (7.3 kg transport weight), it is also the lightest in its class. Made from 7000 series aluminum, commonly used in aerospace, we have created a frame that is not only ultra-light and robust, but also looks stylish with its minimalist design. The standard 4-arm cross-brace made of oval tubes is the heart of the QS5 X, and is not only robust enough to allow a maximum user weight of up to 140 kg, but also offers a driving feel, thanks to the enormous bending stiffness of the oval tubes, that is otherwise only known from rigid frame wheelchairs.
