I am Katharina. I have lived with a chronic illness and a disability since birth, and I know how hard it is to find suitable assistive devices. Since getting my wheelchair in 2021 I have felt the pain of researching and constantly comparing devices all over again. That is why I am happy to build solutions today that make everyday life easier for people like me.

I am neurodivergent and my fiancée uses a wheelchair. I got annoyed for so long by the 50 open tabs in which we compared the weights of different wheelchairs that I thought: “surely we can do this better”. Now I am glad to tackle the problem here with great partners.

Hey, I am Johannes. I am neurodivergent and know the effort of getting assistive devices only too well myself. Endless comparisons, confusing information and far too much time spent. As a developer I am convinced that technology should remove barriers, not create new ones. My goal is to make assistive devices more accessible, more transparent and more digital, for everyone.
